India, Aug. 22 -- Jaswinder Bhalla, a veteran Punjabi actor and comedian, had been unwell for some time. He passed away on August 22 at Fortis Hospital. Soon after reports of his death surfaced, actor Gippy Grewal shared photos of Bhalla and said that he was like a father figure to him. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and actress Jasmine Bhasin also mourned his death.
