India, Feb. 10 -- The Tamil movie Jana Nayagan, which has been delayed for over a month after getting embroiled in a row with CBFC, is finally seeing some positive steps which hints that a release is likely. KVN Productions, which has bankrolled actor Vijay's Jana Nayagan, had moved the Madras High Court to withdraw their writ petition. In the latest update, the Madras HC has now permitted the makers to withdraw their plea against the CBFC.
