India, Sept. 15 -- Glimmering in Los Angeles, the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards 2025 were a night of historic firsts, emotional acceptance speeches, and remarkable victories. Nominations for Severance totalled 27, and the film delivered with wins for Best Drama Series (Britt Lower) and Best Supporting Actor (Tramell Tillman), making him the first Black man to win the award. The Studio dominated the comedy category, taking home the top prize in addition to acting, writing, and directing. With a sweep of the limited series categories and Stephen Graham's triumph, Adolescence solidified its position in television history.
