India, Feb. 5 -- Filmmaker Aditya Dhar's spy-action thriller Dhurandhar has revolutionised Indian OTT releases. After an unprecedented theatrical run that began in December 2025, the film finally made its Netflix debut on January 30, 2026. Officially recording the greatest first-weekend views for any post-theatrical Hindi release in the platform's history, the title eclipsed the opening-weekend viewership of big blockbusters, including Animal, Fighter, and Pushpa 2: The Rule, within seven days of its OTT launch.
