India, March 16 -- Tamil actor Arulnithi returns with the third installment of the horror thriller Demonte Colony 3, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu. The makers have now dropped an eerie glimpse from the upcoming movie, revealing that a mysterious book and an enigmatic librarian are at the centre of the spooky narrative. The glimpse also confirmed that the film, also starring Priya Bhavani Shankar, will be a summer 2026 release.
