India, Oct. 23 -- China’s first fully AI-generated feature film, Sanxingdui: Future Past, is opening in cinemas on Oct. 23 as advance ticket sales lag, with presale revenue of 65,000 yuan ($9,700) as of Thursday evening, according to ticketing platform Maoyan.

More than 10,000 screenings of the sci-fi thriller are scheduled for Friday, Maoyan said.
