India, Oct. 29 -- The 55th edition of the Kerala State Film Awards will be declared soon, with the likes of Mammootty and Mohanlal vying for the top honour yet again. Asif Ali is another actor who is strongly rumoured to finally win the Best Actor Award. Around 128 films were initially submitted before the jury, headed by noted Tamil actor Prakash Raj, that has shortlisted 38.
