Women's struggles, social movements brought together in new book
Kathmandu, Sept. 19 -- The journeys and struggles of 13 women leaders who have contributed to Nepal's social movements have been brought together in a new research book, 'Shared Dreams Woven by Struggle', launched in Lalitpur on Friday.
The book, published by Voices of Women Media, documents the lives, struggles, and contributions of women who challenged discrimination, organised communities, and fought for rights, dignity, and social justice. Through their personal stories, it traces some of the social movements that have shaped Nepali society while drawing attention to the often-overlooked role of women in those struggles.
