Rautahat, Nov. 10 -- The District Court Rautahat has ordered two individuals, including a Police Senior Head Constable, to be sent to judicial custody in connection with the murder of Shankar Sah Baniya.

A single bench of District Judge Shambhu Prasad Regmi on Sunday evening issued the remand order against Police Senior Head Constable Hardev Raya Yadav of ward 2 of Fatuwa Bijaypur Municipality and Kapildev Yadav.

The two were arrested two weeks ago for allegedly killing Sah during a land-related dispute. According to Sah's family, the duo allegedly assaulted him to death during the altercation.
