Kathmandu, June 8 -- The weather is expected to remain partly to generally cloudy in Koshi Province and the hilly regions of the country today, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. The rest of the country is likely to see mainly fair to partly cloudy conditions.

There is a likelihood of light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning at a few places in Koshi Province and at one or two places in Madhesh Province and the hilly regions of the country. Light rainfall or snowfall is also expected at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.
