Nepal, Oct. 27 -- The US-Nepal Gastronomy Chefs Association is hosting the 'US-Nepal Gastronomy Exchange 2025' this November, aiming to foster cultural and culinary exchange between Nepal and the United States. The event will feature two main segments-the Kathmandu Gala Dinner, titled 'La Grande Bhoj,' on November 9 at Aloft Kathmandu, Thamel, and the 'Everest Cookout' on November 11 at the Everest View Hotel, Namche Bazaar.

According to organiser Spundun Lama, the Exchange promotes Nepal's food heritage while encouraging collaboration among chefs, farmers, and emerging culinary professionals. "This Exchange is not only about cuisine-it's about culture, sustainability, and global friendship," Lama said.
