Kathmandu, Feb. 23 -- Seven people were injured in a clash between Chinese and local workers at Ziyan Himalayan Food Company in ward 4 of Marin Rural Municipality, Sindhuli, on Monday morning.

According to the Area Police Office, Kapilakot, the incident occurred at 8:49am after a dispute over the saking of 30-year-old Nabaraj Bamjan of ward 6 in Marin Rural Municipality. The situation escalated into a physical confrontation.

Police said the information was received at 9:20am, following which a team led by a Police Inspector, along with 10 police personnel and 15 election police personnel, was deployed to the site. The incident site is around three kilometres west of the police station.
