Nepal, Dec. 30 -- For working mothers, maternity leave alone is not enough after childbirth. As recommended by the World Health Organisation, exclusive breastmilk for the first six months is non-negotiable for the newborn's health and well-being. After six months, the process, along with other complementary feeds, can last up to two years or longer, depending on the need.
