Kathmandu, Oct. 9 -- India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) has appointed Kunal Kayal as its new Vice President.

Kayal, who has a long-standing association with the chamber, previously served as Treasurer in the former Executive Committee and is currently an active member of the existing one, NICCI said in a statement.

His appointment underscores NICCI's commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation between Nepal and India in trade, investment, and industrial development. Kayal is a chartered accountant and director at Keyal Group, one of Nepal's leading industrial and trading conglomerates.
