Kathmandu, March 1 -- The Nepali Embassy in Abu Dhabi has urged Nepali citizens in the UAE to avoid spreading unverified information on social media and not to take or post photos or videos that could create confusion about the security situation.
The UAE authorities have warned that such actions are punishable under the law, the embassy said. Citizens are advised to follow official UAE sources for updates, including the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defence, Interior, and the Dubai and Abu Dhabi media offices.
