Kathmandu, May 28 -- The National Human Rights Commission has implicated then-prime minister KP Sharma Oli, the erstwhile home minister Ramesh Lekhak, then-minister for communications and information technology Prithvi Subba Gurung and top security officials for gross human rights violations in the September Gen Z protests.

The commission submitted its recommendations to the government on Wednesday, suggesting necessary actions against the 13 implicated and further investigation against 52 others, including Rastriya Swatantra Party chair Rabi Ramichhane.
