Kathmandu, March 5 -- Around half of the voters had cast their ballots in Mustang district by 2 pm on Thursday as voting for the House of Representatives election continued peacefully across the country.
Officials said 5,664 out of the district's 11,328 registered voters had voted by that time. Voting was taking place peacefully at all 39 polling centres in the district.
The Election Commission Nepal said polling had been taking place smoothly nationwide and that no polling centre had reported any serious obstruction so far.
