Kathmandu, March 14 -- The measles outbreak that started in Malangawa Municipality of Sarlahi district in January and reached Dhorpatan Municipality in Baglung district about 10 days ago, has now spread to the neighbouring Nisikhola and Badigad rural municipalities.
As many as 83 people, mostly children over 10 years of age from Dhorpatan, have been infected as of Thursday, and the number of patients seeking care is rising every day, officials said.
