Surkhet/kalikot, March 26 -- With the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) around the corner, Jamuna Rokka, a tenth-grader at Janata Secondary School in Subhakalika Rural Municipality-1, Kalikot, finds herself in a predicament shared by thousands of students across Karnali Province.
