Hetauda, Jan. 25 -- A fire that broke out at a warehouse of Mahashakti Soap Company in the Hetauda Industrial Area was brought under control after around 10 hours on Sunday morning.
The fire, which started at around 11:30pm on Saturday, was contained at about 9:30am, police said.
Soap products, plastic materials and chemicals stored in a shed made of corrugated sheets were destroyed. The warehouse belongs to Mahashakti Soap Company, one of the oldest industries in the Hetauda Industrial Area, located in ward 8 of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City.
Police suspect an electrical short circuit caused the fire.
