Kathmandu, March 19 -- The Election Commission (EC) on Thursday presented the final report of the House of Representatives elections held on March 5 to President Ramchandra Paudel.

Ram Prasad Bhandari, officiating chief election commissioner, presented the report to the President during a special ceremony organised at the Office of the President, Shital Niwas.

During the event, President Paudel expressed satisfaction over the successful conclusion of the polls, noting that they were conducted with dedication and integrity despite "difficult and complex circumstances".
