Kathmandu, July 21 -- Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort Dhulikhel has appointed Ankit Sharma as its general manager.

Sharma, who previously served as the resort's hotel manager, takes on the new role after helping strengthen the property's service standards, operational performance and guest experience, the resort said in a statement.

He brings more than 18 years of hospitality experience across Nepal and India, having held leadership positions with international hotel brands including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Starwood.
