Dolpa, Jan. 5 -- A complaint has been filed against five police personnel, including an assistant sub inspector (ASI), over the disappearance of a local youth in Dolpa. The complaint was registered at the District Police Office, Dolpa.

The accused include ASI Hemraj Karki, in charge of the Area Police Office, Khadang, police constables Lal Bahadur Gharti, Bhagirath Jaisi, Ashok Saud, and Narendra Khadka, who was on a patrol duty in the area. All five will face charges related to the disappearance of an individual, according to police sources.

The complaint was filed by Dhanamati Rokaya, wife of the missing youth, Jun Rokaya. Locals lifted an indefinite transport strike that had halted movement in the area after the complaint was filed....
