Jammu, Oct. 22 -- A Yoga Seminar was successfully organized at Green Belt Park, Gandhi Nagar (Opposite RBI Regional Office), receiving an enthusiastic response from yoga enthusiasts and local residents. The programme was held under the supervision of Sh. Ravi Sharma, President, Ranbeer District Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, and Sh. Suresh Gupta, District Secretary.
Dr. Shreyansh Kumar Jain, State Yoga Commissioner (J&K) and Chairman, Indian Yoga Association (J&K), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Key Speaker.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Sh. Suresh Gupta, who invited Dr. Jain to share his vast knowledge on yoga and its relevance to modern lifestyle disorders and common ailments.
