SRINAGAR, Oct. 17 -- The Meteorological Department (IMD) today said that Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness mainly dry weather conditions over the next several days, with only a brief spell of very light snowfall expected over isolated higher reaches of north Kashmir during the coming week.
According to the MeT forecast, generally dry weather is expected across the union Territory on October 17, 19, and 20. The weather may turn partly to generally cloudy during the afternoon or evening hours on October 18 and 21.
On October 21, there is a possibility of a brief spell of very light snow over isolated higher reaches of north Kashmir, the forecast said.
