Jammu, Dec. 14 -- The Ex-Servicemen Committee, Bishnah/Arnia today organised a solemn function at Shiromani Sant Kabir Bhawan, Chak Avtara, Bishnah to commemorate Vijay Diwas, marking India's historic victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak War.
Maj Gen S. K. Sharma graced the occasion as Chief Guest, while Sh. F. C. Bhagat, Retd. Deputy Commissioner, attended as Guest of Honour.
The speakers paid rich tributes to the valour, courage and supreme sacrifices of the Indian Armed Forces that led to the decisive victory in 1971.
