AMARAVATI, Aug. 23 -- Vice President C P Radhakrishnan will visit Musunuru in Eluru district on Monday, where he will launch India's first non-Genetically Modified Organism high-expansion popcorn maize hybrid seed.
Radhakrishnan will attend a programme at the Gourmet Popcornica Factory in Musunuru, where he will also felicitate farmers and address agricultural stakeholders and other participants, a PIB release said on Sunday.
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will accompany the Vice President during his visit to Musunuru and jointly unveil the country's first non-GMO popcorn maize hybrid seed at 11 am.
