REASI, March 21 -- District Police Reasi has registered a case against a pony handler for operating without a valid registration card amid the heavy influx of pilgrims during the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratra.
In this regard, FIR No. 78/2026 U/S 223 BNS has been registered at Police Station Katra against one Rakesh Kumar S/O Shankar Chand, R/O Kulter, Tehsil Panchari, District Udhampur.
The accused was found operating as a pony handler without possessing the mandatory registration card, which is a violation of the prescribed rules and regulations governing such services.
