Jammu, Sept. 18 -- Tawi Welfare Society has expressed its heartfelt appreciation and sincere gratitude to the Public Works Department (R&B) for its commendable and generous approach towards the long-pending road requirements of the Tawi Island Area. The Society appreciated the Department for undertaking repair, improvement and blacktopping of almost all major roads used by the people of the area, describing the development as a significant and welcome step towards better connectivity and public convenience.
Major Projects Include:- Rs 7 Crores for Summ Tope-Manhasan Road Rs 5 Crores for Meena Resort-Lachhman Pura Road and Rs 4.50 Crores for Fourth Bridge-Mata Bhadrakali Temple, Thalwal Road.
