JAMMU, Aug. 6 -- In a landmark initiative to advance the cause of gender equity and inclusive education, the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Jammu Division, successfully convened a two-day seminar titled "From Veneration to Action: Disseminating Learning for Change" for Heads of Institutions, on 5th and 6th of August, 2025 .
This intellectually stimulating programme was held under the visionary leadership of Sh. Shantmanu (IAS), Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary, and under the distinguished guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sindhu Kapoor, Director, SCERT Jammu and Kashmir.
