The passenger travelling on seat number 23 of coach number A2 of this train, who had to travel from Delhi Sarai Rohilla to Pathankot Cantt. During the journey, the passenger put his mobile phone on charging and got down at his destination station Pathankot Cantt. After getting down, the passenger remembered that he had forgotten his mobile phone on his seat. The passenger lodged a complaint about the mobile phone left in his train on 139 Rail Madad.
