Kota, Aug. 2 -- For the first time in the history of Indian Railways, a grand All India Railway Public Relations Seminar was organized by the officials and staff of the Public Relations Department on Saturday at the Menal Railway Officers Club, Kota. Hon'ble Speaker of the Lok Sabha, Shri Om Birla, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and acknowledged the crucial role played by the Indian Railway Public Relations Cadre.
