Jammu, Sept. 22 -- Government SPMR College of Commerce observed Seva Parv with a series of cultural, literary and social activities organised by the Cultural and Literary Committee in collaboration with the NSS, NCC units and the Anti-Tobacco Cell of the college, under the patronship of Principal Dr. Rajinder Singh.
As part of the celebration, a declamation contest was held where Ritham clinched the first position. The competition was judged by Dr. Chetna Gupta and Dr. Sunal Sharma. A quiz competition was also organised in which Bhumika Sharma bagged the first position, while Tamanna Chaudhary and Ritesh Gupta secured the second and third positions respectively.
