Jammu, Aug. 13 -- Special Crime Wing Jammu has filed a chargesheet before the Hon'ble Court against accused Ghulam Mohd S/o Late Sahab Din R/o Mehmoodpur, Jinder Khurd, Bishnah, Jammu for his involvement in a fraudulent land deal.
Giving details of the case, SSP SCW Jammu Sh. Sanjay Parihar said , "The case originated from a complaint duly endorsed by the Hon'ble Court under Section 156(3) CrPC. The complainant alleged that he was lawful owner of 10 marlas of land at Chowadhi, Tehsil & District Jammu, inherited and purchased through registered sale deeds. The accused, without any lawful claim, executed a fake sale deed in 2002, citing false witnesses, and got the property mutated in his name".
