JAMMU, May 15 -- Shiksha Niketan pays homage to its visionary founder, Late Sh. Dev Dutt Mengi Ji, on his 43rd death anniversary, observed as Shanti Diwas. Born on May 13, 1911, he was a legendary educationist who served as a District Educational Officer and the first Principal of K.V. Gandhi Nagar from 1967- 69.
