Jammu, Sept. 30 -- The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), J&K, Divisional Office Jammu, in line with the directions of Ministry of Education, Govt of India, under the mentorship of Sh. Shantmanu (IAS), Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary, Director SCERT Jammu and Kashmir along with the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sindhu Kapoor, Joint Director, SCERT Jammu Division, successfully concluded its fortnight-long celebrations of "Sewa Parv", observed from September 17 to September 30, 2025, as part of the nationwide initiative to promote social responsibility, community participation, and the spirit of service among youth.
