Jammu, Nov. 13 -- The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Jammu Division, under the mentorship of Sh. Shantmanu (IAS),Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary and Director JKSCERT, and the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sindhu Kapoor, Joint Director, SCERT Jammu Division successfully concluded a three-day capacity-building programme titled "Professional Preparation of ECCE Educators in Primary Schools and their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for Implementation of ECCE)" organised by ECCE Department, Academic Unit-II, from 11th to 13th November, 2025, at the SCERT Divisional Office, Jammu.
