JAMMU, March 3 -- Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Transport, IT, Youth Services and Sports, Satish Sharma, today extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Holi.
