JAMMU, Dec. 26 -- Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Information Technology, Youth Services & Sports and Science & Technology, Satish Sharma, today attended the inaugural ceremony of the Big Jammu & Kashmir Premier League (JKPL) in Jammu.
The Minister reiterated present dispensation's commitment towards promoting sports culture and building robust sports infrastructure across the Union Territory.
Addressing the gathering, the Minister said that the present government is placing special emphasis on development of sports infrastructure and promotion of sporting activities for the youth of Jammu and Kashmir.
