JAMMU, May 5 -- The cover page of the upcoming book "EDUCATION", authored by Balbir Ram Rattan, was unveiled on Tuesday by Sat Sharma CA, BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP, ahead of book publication, in the presence of BJP General Secretary & former Deputy Mayor Baldev Singh Billawaria and Secretary Arun Sharma.
