SAMBA, July 2 -- Samba Police has successfully worked out a theft case registered at Police Station Purmandal by arresting four accused involved in the commission of the crime and recovering stolen items from their possession.
On 25.06.2026, a written complaint was lodged at Police Station Purmandal by one lady namely Kunti Devi W/o Baldev Raj R/o Mandal tehsil Bari Brahmana district Samba. In her complaint, she alleged that her domestic helper, Meenu Kumari, had stolen a gold ring and cash from her residence.
Acting upon the complaint, a case FIR No. 31/2026 u/s 305(a) BNS was registered at Police Station Purmandal and investigation started.
