SAMBA, Aug. 6 -- In a humanitarian gesture, Samba Police achieved a heartwarming success by reuniting a mentally challenged man from Himachal Pradesh with his family after a separation of nearly 15 years. The man was found wandering within the jurisdiction of Police Post Rajpura under Police Station Ghagwal. During the preliminary enquiry, police officials observed that he appeared to be mentally challenged and was unable to provide complete details about his identity.
