SAMBA, July 26 -- Intensifying its drive against drug smugglers and peddlers, Samba Police has arrested three drug peddlers and recovered approximately 10 grams heroin-like substance (Chitta) from their possession within the jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur. A team of Police Station Vijaypur during patrolling near AIIMS residential complex Vijaypur, intercepted a tempo traveller bearing registration No. JK20C-1717 which was coming from Rakh Barotian side and moving towards NHW-44. During vehicle checking and searching, approximately 10 grams of heroin-like substance (Chitta) was recovered from the dashboard of the said vehicle.
