JAMMU, Aug. 22 -- The High Level Committee on Demographic Change is set to undertake a detailed examination of the data and memorandums submitted during its three-day visit to Jammu from August 10 to 12, as the panel seeks to build a comprehensive picture of demographic trends in Jammu and Kashmir.
During its maiden visit to Jammu, the committee held interactions with representatives from different sections of society, besides meeting senior police and civil administration officers. The panel also met members of various social organisations and representatives of civil society groups.
