JAMMU, May 15 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, has welcomed the recent remarks of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale advocating dialogue with Pakistan, asserting that people living along the LoC and IB across Jammu and Kashmir would be the biggest beneficiaries of peace.
