Lucknow, Aug. 2 -- Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath urged representatives of both the ruling party and the opposition (Members of the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council) to raise every issue concerning public interest in the House. He also called upon them to engage in healthy and constructive discussions and support the government in accelerating the state's development.
The Chief Minister appealed to the opposition parties to ensure the smooth functioning of the House. He was addressing an all-party meeting chaired by Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana at the Vidhan Bhavan on Sunday. The meeting was convened to discuss the conduct of the Monsoon Session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature, which begins on Monday, August 3.
