KATRA, May 25 -- Under the ongoing "Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyan", Reasi Police has intensified its crackdown against drug peddlers and narcotics networks by attaching immovable properties belonging to notorious drug accused Jamad Ali @ Jamat S/O Abdul Haq R/O Kheri Paroh, Tehsil Katra under Section 68-F of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.
During the action, immovable properties including 02 residential houses worth approximately ?45 lakhs were attached by a team led by SDPO & SHO Katra. The properties are believed to have been acquired through proceeds generated from illegal narcotics trade.
