REASI, June 2 -- In a major breakthrough against property crimes, Reasi Police has successfully cracked two theft cases, arrested two accused persons and recovered stolen gold, silver ornaments and cash worth approximately Rs 4.50 lakh.
The case pertains to FIR No. 156/2026 under Sections 332(c), 305(a) BNS registered at Police Station Katra on the complaint of Vijay Kumar R/O Serwad, regarding the theft of gold and silver ornaments, including one gold necklace, two gold rings, three pairs of gold earrings, multiple silver ornaments including anklets, rings and bangles, along with cash amounting to Rs 30,000.
