REASI, June 27 -- Continuing its sustained drive against drug trafficking under the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan, Reasi Police apprehended a suspected drug peddler and recovered 6.03 gms heroin from his possession . In view of enhanced security measures, a surprise naka was established at TCP Talwara in the jurisdiction of Police Station Reasi. During checking, a person coming from Zero Morh towards Talwara was stopped for verification. On questioning, he identified himself as Mohd. Rafi S/O Abdul Rahin R/O Kansi Patta, aged 28 years.
The individual appeared nervous and suspicious. During his personal search, approximately 6.030 grams of heroin was recovered from his possession.
