REASI, July 4 -- Continuing its sustained drive against drug abuse under the 'Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan', District Police Reasi has registered three separate cases under the NDPS Act against individuals found consuming narcotic substances within the jurisdiction of Police Station Reasi.
Acting on reliable information, Police Station Reasi received inputs that Rakesh Sharma, S/o Satpal Sharma, R/o Gran Morh, Reasi, had consumed narcotic substances near IRP Chowk, Reasi. A police team immediately reached the spot, apprehended the individual, and subjected him to a medical examination using a Rapid Multi Drug Urine Test Kit.
